The office block is located in the main CBD area of Nakuru on Moi road. The office block has been designed on a tight plot with buildings on two sides and roads on the front and back side. This 14 storied office block with 95,000 sft of office lettable area is the tallest tower in Nakuru city. The office block has been designed to have the most ultramodern looks and facilities to match up to any office block locally and internationally with all the necessary natural elements incorporated within. The project was completed in August 2016 with the total project being $ 7.2 million.
