These high-end luxurious townhouses are located in lush suburbs of lower Kabate. To adhere to the sloping terrain the houses have been designed to form split levels and oriented to provide undisturbed view to the lush green forest and the Mathere river.
Spread out over two levels, the spaces are arranged to counter this creating a central vestibule. This vestibule connects the living areas to the other areas within the house.
The theme was simply to boost the houses to act as a lens from which to experience the landscape. Every room looks out into the garden. All areas have generous glass opening that brings natural light into the interior, which are protected by deep overhangs.
