The project comprises of shops and offices built as a 3 Storied structure with a semi basement car park on a one third acre plot.
This new shopping center comprising of shops, restaurants and offices showcases a new transformation in emphasizing the corner plot and also a new massing to the existing buildings. The major feature of the building is the palette of different materials used to accentuate the aesthetics of the building. Natural stone, glass and color clearly articulate the various junctions of the building. The building successfully integrates itself into the townscape, managing the to be at modest neighbor and a public building. The public areas at the front has been washed with natural light and tensile canopy. The double height walkway adds a majestic look to the arcade. The offices on the above floors have been set back by a balcony to provide adequate shading to the openings. A full height shop window and a double height space filled with natural light create a very pleasant ambiance and provide excellent visibility and orientation. A 6-meter high ground floor with spacious walkway arcades provides a great shopping experience.
Facing materials include natural stone , aluminium, glass cladding and aluco bond cladding ensuring that the objective of the architectural diversity is achieved in context to the surrounding buildings.
